- SGD20 credit AIRSIMe credit will be loaded to your designated account on or before the 15th & 30 of every month. Email notification will be sent to you accordingly.

- The AIRSIMe account has 1 year validity after first registration in AIRSIM App. The expiry date will be extended 1 year automatically from the date of every purchase of a data package or top-up.
- Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with AIRSIMe.
- Shinetown Telecom (S) Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss or voided Redemption Code.
- Redemption Code can be used once only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
