About AIRTALK ROAM

  • It allows you to receive and make calls to home or destination country numbers when you travel abroad. Please download AIRTALK ROAM Mobile App and buy AIRTALK voice package in AIRSIM ROAM before use.

    RECEIVING CALLS

    Receiving incoming calls only applicable to Hong Kong / Singapore numbers that registered with AIRTAK ROAM App. Please divert all calls to 6761 6088 by calling **21*67616088# before leaving Singapore or divert all calls to 3059 9888 by calling **21*30599888# before leaving Hong Kong. Callers will be prompted to re-enter your number when you have diverted. Once re-enter, the call will be connected through AIRTALK app to you.

    MAKING CALLS

    Calling Local and Home Numbers, you need to dial the country code and area code as well to make the calls.

AIRSIMe is an "eSIM" that provides you mobile data at local rates in over 130 destinations. The eSIM can be downloaded instantly to your device over the air (OTA) via our AIRSIM ROAM APP or by scanning a QR Code .

You can purchase AIRSIMe eSIM from our website or AIRSIM ROAM APP. Please download our two Mobile Apps AIRSIM ROAM and AIRTALK ROAM prior to your trip to facilitate the user experience throughout the journey.

If the capacity of your purchased data plan has finished or almost finished during the trip, you can select “Buy Extra Data” button from the APP and follow the steps as instructed, the data capacity will be topped-up at once. Please note that such “Buy Extra Data” function is only available within 120 days from the date of activation of the data package and only applicable to certain AIRSIMe data packages. If the downloaded eSIM is expired for Top-Up or not available for Top-Up option, you can simply buy a new AIRSIMe data package again.

AIRTALK is a Mobile Application that allows you to receive and make calls to home or destination country numbers when you are overseas. Please download our AIRTALK ROAM Mobile App before departure, and accept all the APP permissions. Verification of your mobile number is required during the registration. Please make sure that mobile number can receive SMS message.

You can purchase AIRTALK package in AIRSIM ROAM. Upon arrival of your destination, you can use AIRTALK to receive and make calls to home or destination country numbers.

You need to use AIRTALK Mobile App to make phone calls. To call Local and Home Numbers, you need to dial the country code and area code as well to make the calls. For example:
