1. Turn ON “Data Roaming” ONLY when you arrive at the destination.

2. Select “Direct Download” in App or scan the QR code (for Android user) before departure.

3. The eSIM package will be ready 3 days ahead of the “Selected Effective Date” by the system, the package status displayed as “In-Use” is normal.

Remarks:

All purchased data plans can be used from 14 days before the selected effective date and within 30 days from the selected effective date.
24 Hours / 48 Hours Data Package is a continuous 24-hour / 48-hour session starting from service activation.
Except for 24 Hours / 48 Hours Data Package, the daily data usage time is from Hong Kong time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. There is no pro-rata calculation regardless of the activation time of data service.
“Day Count” data package starts upon data connected at designated destination consider as the first day, consecutive use of Day Plan is required. All unused data allowance cannot be carried forward to next trip and no partial refund will be made.
“Unlimited Data Package” provides unlimited data usage without speed throttling. If the service quality of local operator is affected due to the restrictions in certain regions, please contact our 24/7 CS Support.
AIRSIM works on unlocked mobile phones or tablets such as iPAD only, but not compatible with pocket WiFi device (MiFi). You can use data sharing (Tethering) on your mobile phone or tablet if applicable.
5G / 4G service will be available only when compatible handset or device supporting 5G / 4G bandwidth is used, such as iPhone or iPAD with iOS 16.4 or above. It is also subject to the coverage, system compatibility and other relevant conditions of the designated networks.
Actual speeds may vary due to network conditions, hardware, software or other factors.
The Carrier is automatically assigned by system according to the availability.
